Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)
- All returns are to be walk in to our warehouse.
- You have 5 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
- In case of damaged item(s), you MUST notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
- Original purchase invoice/receipt must be provided
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it on the spot.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 14days through electronic mode of transfer.
- There will be a Refund form issued on the spot.
- For all refunds, there will be a paypal + admin charge of $5 to be deducted from the total amount of refund.

Warranty/ Replacement
- For all Philips Product warranty, kindly refer back to Philips Service centre, address stated below.
- For others, please return back to Shop365 Warehouse location.
- Please present the original purchase invoice/receipt for warranty purposes.
- Individual product warranty period will be stated inside the product details.
