Payment & Delivery
We are constantly working to find various ways to make payment easier and more convenient for all our loyal shoppers at Shop365. Here are our current modes of payment:
- Payment through Paypal
- Payment through Credit Cards (Master, Visa & Amex)
- It is customers’ responsibility to enter the correct address details for delivery if required.
- Our drivers will make an appointment with you via phone calls before delivery.
- The delivery will be within office hour: Mon to Fri (9am to 4pm)
How much does it cost for shipping fee?
- We provide free delivery locally for total purchases amount to more than $200
- There will be a $5 per trip delivery fees for total purchases amount to less than $200
- Self-collection option is available at check out portion
- Self collection will be at Shop365 Warehouse.
- Shop365 reserves the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.
What happens if the first delivery is unsuccessful?
- There will be extra charges incur for a subsequent second trip, charges will be solely bear by customers.
- After the first unsuccessful delivery, self collection options will be available.
How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered to me?
- Your parcel will arrive within 2 to 5 working days after you have placed your order.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, unless differently specified in the deal Fine Print
